Andy has just completed his third marathon in three months.
Andy ran The Hampshire Hoppit in aid of The Royal National Othopaedic Hospital, the School Minibus Company’s chosen charty for 2016.
The Hampshire Hoppit took place at Kingsclere, starting and finishing at the race stables owned by the Baldwin family (yes Claire off the telly!).
One word to describe the course is “brutal”, it was all off-road, up more hills than down. The scenery was stunning, although he didn’t see too much as he was concentrating on putting one foot in front of the other! Andy completed the course is an impressive time of 4 hours and 4 mins, and received a well deserved free “pint of Hoppit Ale” for his efforts.
Here is Andy at the end of the race, enjoying his well earned pint.
