If you have leased before, you will know how simple and straightforward the process is, but if you are new to leasing, then this simple chart guides you through the process.

9 key processes for leasing a minibus:

  1. Identifying your exact requirements:
    Speaking to us, together we can identify the right minibus for you and any compliance requirements such as 10-week safety inspections, whether you need a digital tachograph, etc.
  2. Pricing:
    Knowing which minibus and options you need, along with your annual mileage, using the selection of finance companies we are accredited franchisees for, we will come back to you with the most competitive pricing for the various options/alternatives. And any questions, however trivial or complex, we will answer these to your satisfaction.
  3. Order process:
    When you are ready to go ahead, we will take some information from you to set up the credit line with the finance company and in the meantime send you an order confirmation form detailing the vehicle, mileage, options and payments. Again, any questions just let us know.
  4. Vehicle order:
    When we’ve received your signed order, we will order the vehicle with our tried & trusted franchised dealer. We will advise you of an anticipated delivery date and monitor this with the dealer and advise as early as possible if there are any delays from the manufacturer.
  5. Finance paperwork:
    Between ordering the vehicle and its delivery, we will send the finance paperwork to you for checking, signing and returning. Again, if you have any questions, just let us know.
  6. Sign writing:
    If you require sign writing, working with you and our sign writers, we will work with you to provide the exact design you want. We will provide a design proof for you to ‘sign off’. When the minibus is in stock, we will have the sign writing you approved applied to your minibus at the dealer, so it’s delivered to you ready to go.
  7. Delivery:
    We will advise you of the earliest date your new minibus can be delivered to your door. We can’t always give an exact time, normally an am or pm, but we will do our best to work with you to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. When the minibus is delivered we will ask you to check it over and sign a vehicle acceptance note to confirm you are happy with it. If there are any problems, just let us know and we will attend to these asap. Once delivered, the initial payment will be taken by direct debit and monthly going forwards for the length of the lease. If your old minibus is on a lease we should be able to arrange for it to be collected the same day your new one is delivered.
  8. Ongoing service & support:
    We will arrange for the annual road fund licence to be sent to you every year and apart from routine servicing, we hope your new minibus will give you years of reliable service. However, sometimes things can go wrong and that’s when we’ll be here to help – just give us a call!
  9. Collection / end of agreement:
    At the end of the lease, we will contact you to discuss your requirements for future years and we hope to supply you with a new minibus. Either way, we will arrange for your ‘old’ minibus to be collected and returned. It’s as simple and straightforward as that.
